Pickup + Delivery | How to install the app

Installing Store Pickup+Delivery is an easy two-minute task. All you need to do is to follow the steps mentioned below. If you have issues in following any of the below-mentioned steps, or you need our help with installing the app, please write us an e-mail at support@thecreativer.com and our team will help you as soon as possible.

Step 1
Go to Apps -> Store PickUp + Delivery -> and choose the plan suitable for your business

Step 2
A new screen will be displayed to:

• Inform when the free trial period is ending - please be aware that after the trial period ends, the monthly subscription is automatically activated;
• Ask to Approve the subscription;

Step 3 - Configure the Pickup option

• Navigate to your Shipping and delivery settings
• Click on the General shipping rates

Step 3.1 - Add Rate
From General shipping rates page go to Shipping origins sub-category -> click on Add Rate button

Step 3.2
From the pop-up displayed on the screen choose the following options:

• Transit time = Custom flat rate (no transit time)
• Rate name = *Store Pickup (Or any other name of your choosing. It is recommended to ad an * at the beginning of the rate name, in order to be displayed always first during checkout)
• Price = 0
• Select "Based on item weight" option
• Minimum weight = 200,000 lbs (or 90,000 kgs)
  Important Please note that those are 200 thousands lbs or 90 thousands kgs - This step is very important, please don't skip it.

Click Done and then Save on top right corner to save your new shipping option.

Step 4 - Configure the Delivery option

• Navigate to your Shipping and delivery settings
• Click on the General shipping rates

Step 4.1 - Add Rate
From General shipping rates page go to Shipping origins sub-category -> click on Add Rate button

Step 4.2
From the pop-up displayed on the screen choose the following options:

• Transit time = Custom flat rate (no transit time)
• Rate name = *Local Delivery (Or any other name of your choosing. It is recommended to ad an * at the beginning of the rate name, in order to be displayed always first during checkout)
• Price = 0
• Select "Based on item weight" option
• Minimum weight = 20,000 lbs (or 10,000 kgs)
• Maximum weight = 199,000 lbs (or 89,000 kgs)
  Important Please note that:
  a) the values for minimum weight are 20 thousands lbs or 10 thousands kgs - This step is very important, please don't skip it.
  b) the values for maximum weight are 199 thousands lbs or 89 thousands kgs - This step is very important, please don't skip it.

Click **"Done" **and then **"Save" **on top right corner to save your new shipping option.

**Step 5 **
As soon as the configuration is done, based on your theme, you might need to follow the steps mentioned below:
Click the "Preview in theme" button -> on the page that opens up click on the Save button.

After the steps above are done, click on "Complete installation" button.
