| Installing Store Pickup+Delivery is an easy two-minute task. All you need to do is follow the steps mentioned below. Step 1 Go to Apps -> Store PickUp + Delivery -> click Install Install Pickup + Delivery App

Choose and activate the plan suitable for your business | you have a 14-days free trial period for all available plans.

Step 2 After the plan activation, a new screen will be displayed to:

Inform when the free trial period is ending - please be aware that after the trial period ends, the monthly subscription is automatically activated;
Ask to Approve the subscription;

Adding pickup options and customising the pickup experience for users is an easy task. Just follow the steps below: Go to Apps -> Store Pickup + Delivery -> Settings -> Pickup

Adding minimum and maximum days to collect Allow customers to be informed regarding the minimum and maximum days to collect their in-store pickup order.

Check the **"Does the customer have to choose a pickup date?" ** to enable the minimum and maximum days to collect.
Max Days to Collect -> Maximum number of days customers can purchase in advance. Set to 0 for no limit. Set >0 for the maximum number of days in which the customer can collect the purchased items.
Minimum Days to Collect -> Number of days until customer is allowed to collect. Choose between:
Allow same day - the customers can redeem the purchased items during the same day of purchase;
1 (Disables same day) - the customers can pickup the purchased items earliest tomorrow;
2 (Disables tomorrow) - the customers can pickup the purchased items earliest the day after tomorrow;
3 (Disables after tomorrow) - the customers can pickup the purchased items earliest during the 4th day after the day of purchase;
choose any other day interval up to 31 days

Pickup | Time slot configuration

| If you need to configure the pickup slots, follow the steps below: Go to Apps -> Store Pickup + Delivery -> Locations -> choose the location for which you need to change the pickup slot, and click on Edit After the desired location is selected:

Scroll down to Enable pickup time selector -> choose the pickup interval for each specific day
Pickup slot frequency -> add the frequency for each pickup slot (choose between every 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes and 2 hours)
**Limit number of orders per time slot **-> set 0 for no limit
Limit number of orders per day -> 0 no limit, order limit per time slot will be applied

Delivery | Setup overview

For the Delivery options to function correctly, adding a custom shipping rate based on weight is needed.

**STEP 1 **

Navigate to your general Shipping Settings from Shopify -> identify your shipping rates and click on them (if no shipping rates are created, please setup shipping rates before continuing).

STEP 2

Go to the “Shipping zones” subsection and click “Add rate” (if no shipping zone is displayed, create a shipping zone before continuing)

STEP 3 For “Rate type” -> select “Use flat rate” For “Shipping rate” -> select “Custom” For “Custom rate name*” -> Add a name of your choosing to the shipping rate such as "Local delivery" it is recommended to ad an * at the beginning of the rate name, in order to be displayed always first during checkout For “Price” -> let the field empty For ”Minimum weight” -> set to 20,000 lbs (or 10,000 kgs if you are using the metric system) **Important! Please note that those are 20 thousands lbs or 10 thousands kgs. This step is very important, please don't skip it. If you encounter any issues, feel free to email us at support@thecreativer.com For ”Maximum weight” -> set **199000 lbs (or 89000 kgs) Click "Done" and then "Save" on top right corner to save your new shipping option
