Pickup | Overriding products

The "Override products" option allows products to have their own pickup dates and times, overriding global settings.

⚠️ Important: When creating overrides, remember these rules replace global settings for selected products, so make sure you don’t accidentally block regular pickup options.

🔹 Pro tip: Use this option if you'd like for a specific product to have other pickup times and dates, outside of the usual pickup date and time slots set up for your store.

  1. To set up overriding products access, Pickup "Settings" -> "Overriding products" subcategory and click "Manage overriding products"

  1. A new screen will open, where you can use any of the "Add overriding rule" buttons to add a new rule for your store.

  1. When adding the new rule, add the following details:
  • Rule name - use this option to set the name of the overriding rule;
  • Select products - use this option to select the products that will have different pickup dates/times;
  • Override dates - use this option to select the exact date on which the products will be available for pickup;
  • Disable specific time slots - this is an optional setting - you can choose not to use it if you do not need to disable specific time slots. If. you added specific time slots and you's like to remove them, please use the "Remove" button.

⚠️ Important: do not forget to SAVE the chages for the new rule before exiting the tab.
