Locations | Add and edit locations

The Locations category allows you to add and edit the places where customers can request store pickup or local delivery.

Access Locations

Go to the App Navigation Menu -> Locations


Add a location

⚠️ Important: **locations are not added by default. As part of the setup process, you need to add all your locations.**


Go to Locations -> select the "Add" button

Fill in your location details (Name, Country, Company, Address, City, Province, ZIP code)

Blackout dates - if needed, add Blackout dates

⚠️ Important: Please be aware that you can also add Blackout dates from "Settings" - the Blackout dates added from "Settings" are valid for all your stores; the Blackout dates added from "Location" are valid for that location only.

🔹 Pro tip: If you need to change the status of a certain date that is set as a blackout date (it is marked with a black background on the calendar), click on it, and it will be deselected.

Set up the days when pickup is available

Select the days of the week when store pickup is available for your specific store location.

The days that remains unselected will not be available for pickup.

Add pickup times

For adding pickup start time and pickup end time you need to go to "Pickup times" subcategory and click on "Enable timepicker"

As soon as "Enable timepicker" is selected, a menu will display a default "Start Time" and "End Time" for each day of the week. You can choose your desired time intervals by clicking on the "Start Time" and "End Time" field and selecting your interval from the drop-down list.

⚠️ Important: Please be aware that in order for a specific pickup time to be enabled for a specific day, the specific day needs to be active on "Days when pickup is available" subcategory (see tip point no. 5 )

On "Pickup time" subcategory you can also perform the following actions:

  • Limit number of orders per time slot (1 time slot = 30 min) - use this option if your location staff can prepare/handle a limited amount of pickups per time slot (30 min) from that specific location.
  • Limit number of orders per day - use this option if your location staff can prepare/handle a limited amount of pickups per day

Order preparation times

Use this option to set the time required before customers can pickup their order in the same day.

🔹 Pro tip: Use it to male sure that the customers are not arriving too early for pickup.

Same day pickup

You can disable same day pickup if an order is placed after a specific hour.

Click on "Disable same day pickup" option -> then, by using the time field select a starting hour from when the pickup is disabled if the order is placed during the same day.

Allow time cut off

If order is placed after specific time, customers can only pickup their order after a specific number of days

Click on "Allow time cut off" option -> then, by using the time field select a starting hour from when the time cut off rule starts -> after the starting hour is selected, select the number of days.

Display more information

For each of your store you can allow the display of more information in the order confirmation email.

Click on "Allow display more information" option -> then insert the text that you'd like to be displayed in the order confirmation email.

🔹 Pro tip: you can additional details regarding the location opening hours, or additional terms and conditions for store pickup.

Edit or disable/enable an existing location

  1. Edit location

Whenever you need to edit an existing location -> access App Navigation Menu -> "Locations" -> you can view the list of locations on the right side of the screen -> identify the location that needs editing and click on the "Edit" button

  1. Enable/Disable location

You can always disable your location(s) that is no longer active and enable it at a later date.

Access App Navigation Menu -> "Locations" -> you can view the list of locations on the right side of the screen -> identify the location that needs to be disabled/enabled and click on the "Edit" button -> indentify the "Enable location" toggle button and activate it (changes to a deeper grey/black color) for the location to be enabled or deactivate it for the location to be disabled.

You can alwasy check the status of your location (Enabled/Disabled) on the "Locations" list.




Do not forget to SAVE your set up before exiting the Location setup section.
