Create specific time slots for delivery
This feature lets you define exactly which days and what time windows customers can select for local delivery. Here’s how to configure it:
- Navigate to Delivery → Delivery options.
You will see a list of weekdays (Monday → Sunday), each with configurable delivery slots.
- Enable Delivery Days
- Each day of the week has a checkbox.
- ✅ Checked = Delivery available that day
- ⬜ Unchecked = Delivery disabled that day
👉 Example: If your store only delivers from Monday to Wednesday, check those days and leave the others unchecked.
- Set Time Slots for Each Day
For each enabled day:
- Use the From and To dropdowns to define the delivery window.
- Click Add slot if you want multiple delivery windows on the same day.
👉 Example: for Tuesday: Slot 1: 10:00 → 13:00; Slot 2: 15:00 → 18:00
- Use the 🗑️ Delete button if you need to remove a slot.
- Configure All Days
- Repeat the process for each weekday you want to offer local delivery.
- You can mix and match — some days may have one long delivery slot, others may have multiple shorter slots, and some may have none at all.
- Save & Test
- After configuring, make sure you save your changes (if the app requires it).
- Go through your storefront checkout as a test customer.
- Verify that:
- Only the enabled days appear for selection.
- Time slots display correctly for those days.
Best Practices
Use multiple slots on busy days to spread out deliveries.
Disable days when your team cannot deliver (e.g., holidays).
Regularly review settings if your business hours change.
